My spa have been installed three years ago in my back yard. This picture was taken last winter. When I was taking the photo, I was worried about if the spa was frozen. After I push off the near 20 cm thick snow, it surprised me that water in the spa was still warm, the degrees was displaying 36 ? on the control panel. Thanks for J&J salesman recommended me to take their R10 insulation and tub tray to have extra efficient insulation to keep heat energy well inside of cabinet. That’s why today, all spas we sell are standard with R10 insulation and tub tray.
